368 Ponderable #1

“Let” means, of course, patient reader, to allow, or bring into being. With that understanding (and orientation) as to how God with supreme majesty and authority wills and compels order out of the chaos of creation and out of the disorderliness of free choice, it is particularly distinctive how God allows (lets) things come into being.

The “Lets” are verses of great singularity of purpose—creation

Seeing their inherent purposefulness has brought, and still does enable, me to cooperate more consciously with God’s will to bring order out of the chaos of being. To me, the “Lets” stand out as uniquely tailored summons to right thinking.

As such, they have become my list of Power Principles from Scripture, verses from Scripture that evoke Principled Thinking and are meant to bring forth such thinking (by the power of the Holy Spirit) to override preferential thinking.

I confess, Gentle Reader, I am compelled as are so many by the draw of God’s most high thinking.

To be continued . . .
