Remember! When I refer to person in the Godhead in any blog, I am referring either to singular person (one-of-three) or to the collective person (three-in-one) of the Triune.
Now back to how God’s Mind is involved in the management of chaos.
How is mind His whip against the formidable beast of chaos?
The answer is not all that elusive. Consider: The reservoir of chaos in the consciousness of the Godhead is populous indeed. It includes among its many colorful denizens the truly unruly beasts of imagination and creation. Evidence of God’s use and control of imagination and creation abound. For example:
Genesis 1:1
“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.”
Let’s consider the word created: Hebrew, V., bârâ (Strong’s # 1254) “a fitting word to describe both creating by bringing into existence and creating by fashioning existing matter into something new . . . God is always the subject of the verb bârâ in its standard form. Creating is therefore a divine capacity.”
See here how scripture tells us that God controls the formidable beasts and powers of creation.
There is no missing this point, dear companion. Chaos, disorder, raw power and potential, and so much more are at the command of the mind of the Godhead.
So we can see that the chaotic beasts of imagination and creativity were tamed by the Godhead to bring existence into being by the whip of the Godhead’s mind. But remember, a mind with such capacity as this is one of a kind. It is the Mind of God.
To be continued . . .
